A new law was just passed by the Philippine Immigration Department making it mandatory for all foreigners who are leaving the country to be fingerprinted. So we had a fingerprinting day at the Mission Office. All foreign missionaries leaving between now and the end of the year came to face the ink pad . . . and fill out a lot of paperwork too.
