I will forever be able to say that I watched the first General Women's Meeting while living in the Philippines! How cool is that?
A few of us gathered in the Naic Chapel to listen to the broadcast. We were made up of sister members, sister missionaries, plus a few sister investigators. We laughed, cried, and even took notes as we listened to the talks and sang along with the choir. There were hands to shake and plenty of hugs, but best of all was the fun of being together and knowing that we are a part of something so big, so incredibly amazing, that we are truly blessed to be a part of it.
