I am running on empty as far as energy goes, but I want to let everyone know that all missionaries are safe. Most do not have electricity, but they are all in their apartments and we are in contact with them through zone leaders and district leaders. The 25 new missionaries we received today are asleep in the mission home tonight - so is President Tye. I really need to join him. Tomorrow will be transfer day and mission life will be back to normal . . . except for the 4 American missionaries who finished their full time mission and were heading home when the storm hit. Their flights were canceled and they and their families are on hold for now. We are praying that they will be able to get a hug from mom and dad real soon.
I know your missionary will have lots to tell you through email on Monday. I will post all my pictures as soon as I get a chance.
Love to everyone, Sister Tye
